As required by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, the customer is granted the right of withdrawal.

Once the order has been received, the customer can request withdrawal within 10 calendar days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays included), once the right of withdrawal has been confirmed by mastromanga.com, the customer has 14 working days to ship the item(s) you wish to return.

Taking advantage of the right of withdrawal, the customer will be able to decide whether to replace the item/s with an identical one (depending on the availability in stock and/or production availability from the manufacturer and consequently shipping and delivery times) or request the reimbursement always respecting the points listed below (see point H).

If the customer wishes to request a refund, mastromanga.com has 14 working days to make the refund from when the return has been received or proof has been given by the buyer that the item(s) has been shipped.

A) The return shipping costs relating to the return of the item(s) are borne by the customer.

B) The shipping, packaging and safety of the item/s as well as the choice of courier, until confirmation of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer .

C) In the event of damage to the goods during transport, mastromanga.com will notify the customer of the incident via email (within 7 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier. chosen and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured), in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
