Orders and shipments
Orders
- Orders are processed very carefully by mastromanga.com in order to best carry out and organize the work towards the customer.
- Orders are processed in the best and shortest time possible from when they are executed and confirmed by the customer through purchase and payment.
- After purchasing, the customer will receive a confirmation email where the item or items purchased, the amount paid, the reference order number and the shipping time will be listed.
- All items listed on the mastromanga.com website (EXCLUDING pre-order items) are intended as available for order. The items may be available immediately in stock, on the way or available from the supplier, European or Japanese. The items may be sold and purchased by other customers before the order is confirmed, this is due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site.
- Once the shipment has been prepared and taken over by the courier, mastromanga.com will proceed to communicate the tracking code to the customer via email (for shipping times, read the "Shipping times" paragraph).
- All prices indicated on the mastromanga.com website include VAT.
- In the case of choosing insured shipping for pre-order items with the payment method "Deposit and balance", "Deposit" and "MastroManga Installments", the actual cost for insured shipping will be calculated once the order is in process to be escaped. The cost indicated at checkout is purely indicative.
Shipping Times
Mastromanga.com informs that shipping times can vary from a minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 4 weeks. This depends on the availability of the items in the Italian warehouse, the Japanese warehouse, the European supplier and the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site. With the increase in purchases of some items they may be in the process of being re-stocked, both from the Japanese warehouse and from the European supplier, in this regard the following items are included in the description of each item:
- Stock Jap: items in stock in Japan, shipping and delivery times in these cases are on average 2/4 weeks.
- Stock Italy: items in stock in Italy, shipping and delivery times in these cases are on average 2/4 days.
If it is not indicated, the timing will be 2/4 days depending on warehouse availability.
If an item is out of stock and no longer in production, the customer will be promptly informed and a refund will be issued for the out of stock item(s).
These times do not apply to products sold and purchased in Pre-order and/or items purchased and sold exclusively at the customer's request (see Pre-order ).
For any delay or disservice not attributed to the work of mastromanga.com , the customer will be promptly informed.
Shipping Policy
- Mastromanga.com always offers and applies free shipping only for purchases and shipments within Italian territory (items requested by the customer and not listed on the site are excluded, for which the shipping cost will be determined based on the size, weight and value of the article itself).
For purchases and shipments to countries within the EU territory and area, the shipping cost will be shown in the appropriate section at the time of payment.
- Free shipping does not apply to items NOT present on the site and purchased from mastromanga.com at the buyer's REQUEST.
- Cash on delivery is not available for pre-order items .
- Under no circumstances will mastromanga.com be responsible for damage due to transport once it has been entrusted to the courier, and/or any delays in delivery of orders.
- Once the order has been processed by mastromanga.com and the tracking data has been sent to the customer, it is the latter's responsibility to monitor the status of the shipment . mastromanga.com is absolutely not responsible for any problems, delays, failure to issue notice of passage or storage by the courier.
- If upon receipt of the order by the customer, it shows signs of visible damage or tampering with the package, the customer must accept it "With Reserve" and it must be entered by the courier as a note on delivery, in this way it will be possible to request a refund ( to the courier) based on the damage received from the courier. Please note that in the event of a refund request from the courier, this will be carried out based on the shipping and insurance chosen by the customer.
Specifically for shipments, couriers provide in any case by law a basic insurance which covers the carrier's liability for any loss or damage during transport. Vector Liability is governed by art. 10 of Legislative Decree N.286/2005 for national shipments (maximum reimbursement limit €1/kg), and by the CMR in the case of international shipments (maximum compensation limit €8.33 for each gross kg of lost goods and /or damaged). For the free shipping offered by mastromanga.com the insurance can sometimes cover up to €35 or €75. This is not a RULE and is not BINDING and is at the discretion of mastromanga.com
For shipments insured for the entire value of the order, the refund that can be requested from the courier will be the total value of the order.
- Mastromanga.com offers free shipping which offers basic insurance covering the carrier's liability for any loss or damage during transportation. Vector Liability is governed by art. 10 of Legislative Decree N.286/2005 for national shipments (maximum reimbursement limit €1/kg), and by the CMR in the case of international shipments (maximum compensation limit €8.33 for each gross kg of lost goods and /or damaged). For each order that the customer wishes to insure for the entire order value, the option to be insured will be requested and given (in the appropriate section), it will be the customer's responsibility to choose whether or not to use this option.
In case of choosing an UNINSURED shipping service for the entire value of the order (it is recommended to INSURE SHIPPING FOR THE ENTIRE ORDER VALUE ALWAYS), mastromanga.com will in no case be held responsible for any loss or malfunction of the chosen courier, it being the buyer's RESPONSIBILITY AND WILL to choose an economical and UNINSURED shipment for the entire value of the order.
- Every product we ship is packaged and protected in the best possible way, but there is no guarantee that damage will not be caused during transport.

Mastromanga.com assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if dependent on malfunctions and disservices of the internet network, in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the times established by the contract. The availability of each item is for indicative purposes only, has no contractual nature and no responsibility can be attributed to the seller in the event of unavailability of one or more products.
